Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses of study offer a variety of valuable education pathways and credentials – at both the secondary and post-secondary levels – to learners experiencing homelessness; and yet, these learners may face unique barriers to CTE access and success. Join the National Center for Homeless Education (NCHE), Advance CTE, and practitioner panelists to learn more about statutory guidelines for cross-program partnership included in the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act and the Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins V), related Perkins V special populations provisions, and strategies for partnering across programs.
