Nichole McGill joined the SERVE Center and SERVE, Inc. as a Program Specialist in June 2022. She works with operations, technical support, and the programs for SERVE, Inc. Before starting at SERVE she worked with UNCG Online for 21 years, most recently as the Executive Assistant to the Dean. She also assisted with online course development and support, project management, and program support.

Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Masters in Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Nichole enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her favorite place to visit is the beach.
